カパッ。（エサの入れ物のふたを開ける）
ザラザラ。（エサをエサ皿に入れる）
ガツガツ。（エサ皿に、頭を突っ込むロラン）
「ロラン、うまそうなもの喰ってるじゃないか」
「あっ、黄色のオヂサン」
でも、子供のロランには、オヂサンとエサをシェアする気など毛頭なく、完食してしまいましたとさ。
・・・ムースのことを考えていたら、パリで買ったチョコレートの包み紙のことを思い出した。
たしか、チョコレート・ムースのルセットが書いてあったな。
ネスレでは、自社のチョコを使ったデセールのルセットを紹介している。
色とりどりで、おいしそうだ。

Mousse au Chocolat
Pour 6 portions / For 6 portions
Ingrédients / Ingredients
1 tablette de chocolat (200g) / 1 bar of chocolate (200g)
6 œufs / 6 eggs
1 pincée de sel / 1 pinch of salt
1. Fates fonder le chocolat, laissez-le tiédir (Voir le mode d’emploi à l’intérieur). / Melt the chocolate and keep it warm (See how to melt it in the back of the wrapper). / チョコレートを溶かし、温めておく。
包み紙の裏には「熱湯の湯煎にかけて、５分おく。溶けたら混ぜる」とある。
2. Cassez les œufs en séparant les jaunes des blancs. Ajoutez le sel dans les blancs et battez-les en neige très ferme. / Crack eggs and separate yolks and egg whites. Add salt into the whites, then beat them and make it fluffy (meringue). / 分量の卵を割り、卵黄と卵白に分ける。卵白に塩を加えてかき混ぜ、メレンゲにする。
3.Versez peu à peu le chocolat fondu sur les jaunes d’œufs en mélangeant énérgiquement. / Pour melted chocolate gradually onto the yolks and mix vigorously. / 溶けたチョコレートを少しずつ卵黄に注ぎ、力強く混ぜ合わせる。
4. Incorporez délicatement avec une spatule 1/3 des blancs d’œufs battus puis ajoutez le reste progressivement en soulevant la preparation de bas en haut pour bien répartir le chocolat sans faire tomber les blancs. / Incorporate 1/3 of the firmly beaten whites with a spatula into the mixture declicately, then the rest gradually, while lift the preparation from the bottom to the surface to make it smooth (be careful not to lose the bubbles of the white). / ヘラを使って、まず、1/3量のメレンゲを加える。次いで残りを少しずつ加える。このとき、生地を下から上へ持ち上げるように混ぜる。メレンゲの泡を潰さぬよう注意して、滑らかに仕上げる。
5. Faites prendre la mousse 3 heures minimum au réfrigérateur. Servez bien frais. / Put the mousse in the fridge at least 3 hours. Serve it chilled. / 出来上がったムースを、最低３時間は冷蔵庫に入れる。冷たい状態で供する。
